Thanks to the Lord's guidance, we deeply feel God's care, protection, and leadership! To help brothers and sisters better understand church affairs, the Church has made the following arrangements for this year's General Meeting. Please take note.
Date: December 21, 2025 (Sunday)
Time: 12:30 PM
Location: Kai Yip Kindergarten (G/F, 15-18 & 24-27 Kai Ning House, Kai Yip Estate, Kowloon, Hong Kong)
Presiding: Sister Leung Kwok-po, Brenda (Chairperson of the Church Committee)
Recorder: Sister Chung Lai-cheung, Ada (Secretary of the Church Committee)

1. Count attendance
2. Opening prayer (Teacher Liang Chenghuan, Claudia)
3. Adopt last meeting minutes
4. Adopt this agenda
5. Church committee report: Sister Liang Guobao, Brenda (Chairperson of the Church Committee)
6. Financial report (January-November 2025): Sister He Shuxia, Libra (Treasurer of the Church Committee)
Discussion Items
i. Adopt the 2026-2027 ministry plan (Annex 1)
ii. Adopt the 2026 January-December annual budget (Annex 2)
iii. Election of the Church Committee
7. Temporary proposals

Meeting Guidelines
i. All motions at the General Assembly must be approved by the Church Committee before being included on the agenda. Any temporary proposals require the approval of more than half of those present to be included on the agenda.
ii. To convene a General Assembly, the date, time, location, and agenda must be notified in writing to all eligible voters. This notification must be issued at least one month in advance and posted on the Church bulletin board for public awareness.
iii. The quorum for the General Assembly is half of the eligible voters who attended the last Holy Communion service. If the General Assembly does not have a quorum, a second assembly should be convened one week later at the same time and place. The number of those present at the second assembly will be the quorum.
iv. At the General Assembly, the work and income/expenditure of the past year may be reviewed, and the budget for the following year may be decided.

9月堂會將有两次的出去服侍的活動安排，來回應：［誰是我的鄰舍？］期待你的參與。
一. 7／9（星期六）晚上7：00-9：00探訪教會本大廈住劏房的居民。
二. 14／9（星期六）晚上7：30-9：30去元朗新田部屋，參與本會服侍新田部屋的居民，當晚有慶中秋活動。

Dear brothers and sisters:
Peace in the Lord!
In September, the church will arrange two outing service activities to respond to the question: "Who is my neighbor?" Looking forward to your participation.
1. Visit the residents living in subdivided rooms in the church building from 7:00-9:00 pm on 7/9 (Saturday).
2. Go to San Tin Bu Uk in Yuen Long from 7:30 to 9:30 pm on 14/9 (Saturday) to participate in our association’s service to the residents of San Tin Bu Uk. There will be a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration event that night.

Since 2022.07.01, we joined the Evangelical Lutheran Church Hong Kong (ELCHK). Therefore our old name, as you know; Lutheran Philip House Church doesn't exist any more. The new name is ELCHK Philip Lutheran Church (ELCHK PLC).
